Pirate captured supertanker

The Somali pirates have seized an oil tanker called Sirius Star. The Sirius Star was said to be the biggest tanker seized in the Indian Ocean, off the coast of Kenya. The Sirius Star was carrying 2 million barrels of oil that worth over 50 million dollars. The tanker is moving towards a port in Somalia. The pirates are negotiating what they want before they give it back.
Off the coast of Somalia, piracy was common. They often want money in exchange of safe release of the crew and the ship. But the latest capture was unusual because it was so far from the Somalia coast.
